Depending on your personality you either went, YES or wait..what?
So, mood and color are pretty closely connected.
For instance, blue can help to increase calmness, give you deeper emotions, and make you feel more honest.
Red? You can feel energetic, determined, and passionate.
Purple? Thoughtful, creative, and will help curb bad habits.
Now, these aren't hard and fast rules, and truthfully I don't know if I totally agree with even half of what color charts suggest they can do for you.
What I can say is that adding color to your life can make you feel better, so if you need a pick-me-up. Give it a try, cause everyone deserves happiness.
